There are 3 Taylor Swift deluxe packages to choose from: 
  • Grazing package with children’s food served on a grazing table plus 1.5 hours of entertainment
  • Picnic package with children’s food served on a grazing table plus 1.5 hours of entertainment + picnic setting 
  • High tea package with children’s food served on a grazing table plus 1.5 hours of entertainment + high tea setting

PACKAGE INCLUSIONS:

Grazing Table (included in all packages) 

  • Deluxe cloth and beautiful Taylor Swift decorations
  • Silk flowers, cake stands and display trays
  • Bespoke children's cups, plates and forks  

Children’s Food  

  • Plenty of cheezels corn chips, plain chips and air-popped popcorn
  • A small amount of chocolate chip cookies, sprinkle biscuits, choc dipped wafers and lollies/specialty treats

We also have an option to add on fresh fruit or sandwich platters - or you can bring your own.

We also have sugar-free substitutions if you would like to upgrade to these.

      1.5 hours of Entertainment 

      • Your entertainer will engage in a mix of dancing, singing and party games featuring popular Taylor Swift songs.
      • The children will play fun party games which are age appropriate and selected by the group on the day. The most popular games include limbo, swifite quiz, swiftie song guessing competition, dance offs and glittery facepaint.  
      • Face painting

      • Set up and pack up on the day

        Children's seating (included with picnic or high tea package)

          20 children = $1245
          25 children = $1395

          One entertainer is recommended for up to 15 children. Over 16 children requires a second entertainer which is an additional $100 per hour.
