What if I need to cancel?
Once booked in, there will be no refunds for change of mind or illness within 14 days of the program. If there is more than 14 days notice we are more than happy to credit your booking to another workshop at another time. There is no expiry on your credit. It can be used on future workshops.
How many children per class?
The children will be split into groups of approximately 10-15 children per teacher. There are also additional supervisors who facilitate the running of the whole workshop and helps out where necessary.
Can my child be grouped with their friends/siblings?
We happily accommodate grouping requests. We do recommend to have siblings / friends together in the same age group. We want your child to have the best time possible therefore we prefer to group your child based on their age/maturity, however we will accommodate requests even if they are different ages.
What if my child does not know anyone?
Our workshops are a perfect opportunity for your child to make new friends. Our programs consists of numerous team building activities to encourage the children to mix with others.
What does my child have to bring?
- Drink bottle
- Recess and lunch. No allergy foods such as nuts or foods with nut traces.
- Hat and sunscreen.
- Clothes suitable for active classes.
- Closed shoes suitable for running and dancing.
What should my child NOT bring?
Food with nuts or nut traces.
Who are the teachers?
Birthday Fairy employs amazing and entertainers. They have all undergone an extensive training program and have been approved by the ‘Working with Children Check’.
What about safety?
At every workshop the entertainers will run through what to do in case of an emergency, this includes incidences such as fire.
What are the behavioural expectations?
Please be aware that bullying, aggressive or non-co-operative behaviour is not acceptable. If we feel the safety and interests of the other children are being jeopardised because of this behaviour you will be asked to collect your child immediately. In this incidence no refund will be made.
Are you insured?
Yes, we have up to 10 million dollars Public Liability Insurance.
Where is the workshop?
The workshop is at the Mosman Drill hall. Supervision is from 9am-3pm.
